After the delicious (and big) meals during the holidays, I really missed my green healthy smoothies. My mother-in-law gave me some fresh spinach from her garden and I decided to put it in the freezer to preserve it for longer time.
I tried new recipe with tangerines for the first time and I loved it! Easy, healthy and delicious - here is the recipe:
1. Spinach - mine is frozen.
2. 2 Tangerines.
3. An apple.
4. A banana.
5. I added 300ml water and mixed all of the ingredients in my blender.
The result is perfect green color smoothie:
